Michigan Bikini Team Terms and Conditions:

CLIENTS:
A booking voucher must be signed by client (the same day) after engagement with the Michigan Bikini Team. Booking payment is to be paid in full payment for all jobs by the specified date on the invoice, all overdue accounts will incure a 10% fee. All invoices more than 60 days overdue will be forwarded to a debt collection agency. In some cases Michigan Bikini Team will require a deposit for a job, this is 25% nonreversible if the job is cancelled.

Once a booking is confirmed, Michigan Bikini Team requires 72 hours notice to cancel the job, anything after this time will be charged at the full rate.

If a booked Model falls ill, Michigan Bikini Team will endeavor to find a suitable replacement, in the event that this is not possible, client will not be charged.

If a Model does not perform her job to the satisfaction stated in the Booking Form, she may be sent home. Michigan Bikini Team will endeavor to replace Model, however in some cases this is not possible. Client will still be charged for a min of 2 hours for the Model that was supplied.
Models must be supplied with a 15 min break if working a 4 hour shift and a 30 min meal break if working an 8 hour or more shift.

Models must be supplied with adequate sun protection and rain cover if working outside.

All models are responsible for their own public liability, Michigan Bikini Team accepts no responsibility.

If a Model is no longer required once a job has started, client must still pay for the remaining hours booked in full.

MODELS:
On booking the Michigan Bikini Team, Models agree to the following conditions.

You must arrive to every job at the required time stated in the Booking Form that is sent to you for each job. If you are late, the client will inform me and your pay will be reduced. This is because I will not be paid for the time you are not there.

If you are employed for more than 4 hours you are entitled to a paid break, these will be noted on the booking form. If you have extended break times, your pay will be reduced. Breaks will be given at Clients discretion.

You are required to wear the uniform provided or stated in the booking form. If you do not have the required uniform it may be supplied in some cases or you may be entitled to compensation for extra costs.

Michigan Bikini Team will provide each model with a photo on the website, subject to photos provided by Model.This is free of charge and can be updated once every month with new photos or details if needed.

You are required to have clean, tidy hair and nails at all times.

You are required to have nice make up at all times (Please take touch up kit along to all jobs)

If you do not show up for any reason to one or all of the days booked, you will be penalized. Any work you have already completed for any job will only be paid at ½ the rate. This is due to the extra work that I will be required to do in order to fill the position. It will be very unprofessional – and may cause the client to cease future work with the Michigan Bikini Team. (I will have to train and find someone that fits your uniform, etc) If you don’t work at all, I will require the immediate refund of any deposit made to you. You will also be removed from the Michigan Bikini Team and website and will not receive future work with us.

You will need to invoice me after all jobs in order to be paid. Payment within 5 working days of Michigan Bikini Team being paid by the client. In some cases this can be up to 30 days.

If you are sent home by the client for any unsatisfactory work, you will only be paid for the hours you have worked, less any money spent by Michigan Bikini Team to replace you or any money lost due to your work not being completed.

If you have a uniform supplied by client it must be returned to the client on the last day of work, any damage to uniforms will be at the models expense.

Michigan Bikini Team will do its best to provide each model with work that they are best suited too. At no time does Michigan Bikini Team guarantee work for every model as clients choose which model they use in most cases.

If you give out any personal details, i.e. phone number or websites, you will be removed from the Michigan Bikini Team website and will not receive any future work with us. This is very unprofessional and will create less work for models.

As an artist / business, you must be responsible for your own public liability.

Never discuss money with a client. It is unprofessional. Be assured that as your agent, Michigan Bikini Team has sorted everything out and you will be paid the amounts stated in your booking form.

Michigan Bikini Team will keep all personal information that you give private, I will always ask to give out email addresses or phone details to other models or to clients before I do so.

Michigan Bikini Team will provide a link on the Michigan Bikini Team link page to any model in exchange for the Michigan Bikini Team link to be put on their website.

There are a few things that I expect all models to abide by when on a job.
NO SMOKING - This makes you look unattractive to others, smelly breath and very unprofessional to all who see you. Do not smoke on your breaks. Save it for when the job is complete and you have left the venue.

NO DRINKING ACHOHOL - Some promotions are held at night clubs. Michigan Bikini Team Member agrees not to drink alcohol while on the job.

You must always have makeup on, unless specified, Your hair must be tidy and nails must be clean.

Shoes must be clean and appropriate for the job, dirty shoes ruin the whole outfit.
NO Swearing of any type, this will not be tolerated and you will be dismissed for any foul language.

Boyfriends are not welcome on any job, you are working so if you want them around, please leave it for after work.

If you have any worries, call me, I can be very understanding. If you lie about anything it will not be tolerated and I will no longer find work for you.
